Our consultative style applies to our candidates as well as our clients. We understand it can be a tricky business when looking for a new job, especially if you’re already in one! Here are some of the ways we try to make things easier:

► Providing detailed, accurate information about the roles you are applying for.
► Keeping you fully informed throughout the recruitment process.
► Giving constructive feedback after interviews, whatever the outcome.

Although it is very difficult to actually place everybody that get’s in touch, we are always extremely happy to offer advice, idea’s and guidance to help aid our candidates find work, whether it is directly through Response Network or even through other means.  If we can give you even one piece of information that perhaps hasn’t been thought about, meaning it gives you the tools to get your dream role – we will be happy.  We also have an excellent recommend a friend scheme should you know of other candidates looking for work.
